Luxury Toilet Hire for Sporting Events

Step up your event with our sporting event toilet hire. Pictured are some of the units we provided for a cycle event across Essex and London.

Sporting events bring their own unique set of facility challenges. Large crowds arriving and leaving within tight windows, participants needing quick access between activities, and sites that are often outdoors with no permanent washroom infrastructure all make reliable toilet and welfare provision essential to a smoothly run event.

We supply luxury toilet and shower hire for a wide range of sporting events across Essex, London and the surrounding counties, including:

  • Cycling events and sportives
  • Running events and marathons, such as the London Marathon
  • Football, rugby and cricket matches and tournaments
  • Golf days and tournaments
  • Equestrian events and horse trials, including Burghley Horse Trials
  • School and community sports days

Sporting event toilet hire built for high footfall

Sporting events often see concentrated bursts of demand, at half-time, after a race finish, or between fixtures, so we plan unit numbers and positioning around your expected footfall and site layout, not just total attendee numbers. For multi-site or point-to-point events like cycle races, we can also arrange units at key locations along the route, not just at a single venue. We are happy to help you plan facilities as part of your wider event safety planning, in line with the HSE’s guidance on running an event safely.

A step up for participants and spectators

Whether it’s for competitors, officials, sponsors, or spectators, our luxury units offer a noticeably better experience than standard portable toilets, helping your event feel professionally run from start to finish. Options range from single units for smaller local fixtures to multi-bay blocks and luxury shower units for larger tournaments, race weekends and multi-day sporting festivals.

Fully managed, so you can focus on the event

We handle delivery, setup and servicing throughout, including for multi-day events, so your facilities stay clean and well-stocked without any input needed from your team on the day.
